When I was on Texoma I had a friend that got me started using dip-baits, and I never cared much for the stuff, but it made a believer out of me.<br />Some formulas work better than others, but if you find someone that makes it with blended minnows from the water you fish, it works.
thats all I use when cat fishing, is strike kings dynamite dip bait with their huckleberry or straight worms looking things rigged carolina syle with a 10z weight or so depending on water current. Also use a red glass bead to protect the knot from the heavy weight from breaking the knot.
