Dire need of Force driveshaft coupler!

Ok here goes stupid me.<br />I have a 92 150 hp force<br />I took the lower unit off to get it repaired<br />I got it back and went to install it today and low and behold I can't find the splined coupler for the drive shaft.I have looked everywhere .<br />Called the repair shop and they said I didn't give it to them.I have torn my garage apart.<br />Boat dealer wants way way to much money. was wondering if anyone here has one or maybe a marine salvage yard where I can get one.

It is most likely about 20 feet from where you disassembled. On a little shelf or behind a box. Somewhere where it wouldn't bet bumped and hit the floor. Somewhere that was convenient to set it when you stopped to get the mail, or ran to answer the phone.<br /><br />I guarranty one thing,.....It will be in the last place you look.
