Have 1992 force outbound, Tach was jumping around from 9-11 Volts, now it's mostly 9. I bought 2 new batteries, just got a new diehard, everything points to the regulator/rectifer, here's the problem, I don't know where the rectifier is on this engine, can anybody point to where and describe what this looks like, how to check it, summer getting short and I want to get here back in the water, I don't have a manual either,
