Hey guys, My dad is in the market for 18-20' center console and we have found a really nice one that appear well maintained, etc but I have one concern about the motor.
The owner disconnected to oil injection line and mixes the the oil/fuel mix "like the old days" .....Should this be alarming? he states in the ad that it could be hooked up very easily.
Not sure what to think and wondering if I should even bother getting the engine surveyed if this is indicative of an impending issue.

Thoughts?

Personally I prefer to mix my own. Could be the same thing with this guy. I know it's right and it's one less thing to fail on the water. I would never hear the alarm either. This is a minor point, I wouldn't let it be a show stopper.
