do i have to pull tstat?

can i fill the engine with antifreeze by the seawater inlet on the tstat housing? suppose i drain at the ramp when hot, then later pull the hose off the t stat housing and fill thru there, will a closed tstat impair antifreeze from reaching some part of the motor?

Give it a try if you like. If it doesn't work, let us know in the spring if your block is cracked or not.

Ayuh,... I Suppose if you actually Drain it at the ramp,... All of it...
It really Don't matter....
Air doesn't Freeze...
