Do I need washers on water pump bolts?

My new water pump housing uses bolts instead of screws on original pump."BRIGHT IDEA!" Now should I use washers on the replacement bolts that came with unit?

Just like they came in the box. Coat threads with aviation FORM-A-GASKET sealant. pn 765-1210.
