Do my carbs have adjustments?

I am confused on rebuilding carbs. Do my carbs need to be adjusted after I rebuild them? I read on some post that you screw something tight then back it off 1.5 turns. Do I need to do something like that? Oh yea I have a 1979 Evinrude 115hp.

I believe those are fixed jet carbs.Just set the float level per the instructions with the kit and you should be fine.
Mark the carbs so they go back in the same spot.
I think the older carbs had mixture adjustments but yours do not.
I know my 81 does not and it looks like the same carb....
