I seen a report on TV. the ather day about GA. wanting to move the boarder north about 1 mil. into TN. so they can tap into the teninesse river.

It's highly unlikely... but there is still a slim chance.

Their entire case is based on a supposed incorrect land survey done almost 200 years ago, so the odds are slim.

Many in West Michigan wish we could tell Ohio that it won the Toledo War after all, and Detroit is actually in Ohio, not Michigan. Either that or maybe Ontario could be talked into taking title to everything est of US 23.

I suppose there are "outstaters" in every state that wishes the biggest city in their state was part of a different state.

The movement was doomed, but really catchy 30 years ago when there were many in Michigan's Upper Peninsula wanting to sparate into a 51st state, named after the Big Lake -- The Superior State.
