Does a Trophy 2152 need TRIM TABS?

I am looking at buying a 2009 new trophy 2152 but it does not have trim tabs. Will this be an issue in the boats performance?

I am very pleased after I installed hydraulic trim tabs on my Trophy. You can get on plane faster, correct lists, improves the ride in rough head seas, improves gas mileage etc. If you do end up getting up them, I would really recommend getting the M120's with Electronic Indicator Control which not only serves as the rocker switch, but also shows the position of each individual trim tab and most importantly auto-retracts which is excellent if you trailer your boat.

YES ! They will make life so much safer in different seas, ecomomincal for fuel savings, and the performance will be so much better. So bite the bullet and get them now.

The parts were about $580 and I installed everything myself. They include an installation video.

M120's are a great choice for your 2152, I had a set on my older Aquasport 20 Walkaround and loved the way the changed the boat's ride.
