Does anyone know about Chaparral walk around? 1984 23'

I was wondering if anyone can help me with with any information about the chaparral cuddy walk around. Does anyone know the weight and how to inspect the hull to make sure it isnt bad. I'm interested in buying it but dont want to purchase a trouble . any helpful hints.<br /><br />I was also looking at a 91 bayliner trophy cuddy Walk around with a pair of force 130. SHould i stay away??? <br /><br />going to buy but dont know where from-or-what!

I don't think your boat is a 1984. Chaparral didn't make a 224 until 1985. I think it might be an 85 or newer. Does it have an outboard motor? If you can give more info on the Chaparall we might be able to help.

cole,<br />yes definetly it has twin 130 yammies outboards. - i'm lost. how much do you think the hul is worth if the wood trim is gone, hull looks ok, the cuddy looks nice too. -- i was thinking of making an offer wtith the two motors.<br /><br />what do you think i should ask. they are asking now 6900 for the hull, outboards. but the lower units on both them look bad, welded, oil leak on one of them. haven't ran a compression or test engine yet. <br /><br />can u help?
