Does anyone know were to buy the plastic grommets that looms go through ?

Im restoring my 1973 14' Starcraft Arrow . I need the 2 1/2" Plastic grommets or plastic circles that protect the openings of the holes on the boat were the steering cables go through and the wire loom goes through . Were can I get these ?
