Does bad gas cause a NO firing or starting situation?

Curious if a few months old gas could cause a no firing or starting problem?

IMHO. NO. but water in the gas will. Check for spark.

Yep. I'd check for spark. Quick easy test.

theres spark for sure it fires on throttle body cleaner then dies becasue no more fuel. I know its a fuel problem checking into it today.
