Does Johnson '83 48hp have peer hole plastic piece?

The parts info at the old Evinrude website doesn't show a plastic part at the end of the peer hole to slow the water output. It seems like it should being this old. Does anyone have one in their motor? I think it is a 1983. J48ESLETE. Evinrude changed their webiste and I haven't been able to get the parts lists to come up. Thanks.

You're off by a decade. It's a 93. Part number 320521. The site was down yesterday when I tried but it's working today.

I own a '89 48spl that was flooded by K, anyway my engine didn't have a plastic incert in the end of the pee tube like my current '81 70hp. I thought it was strange that there was just a rubber hose sticking out of the bottom of the cover. But several 48-50 hp that I have seen didn't have the black plastic restrictor.

Now mind you my engine was rebuilt before I bought it used, so I guess someone could have taken it off.

My '92 40hp twin has no nozzle either, just a hose through the cowl. The manual shows just the hose too.

I think WillyBeWrite was mistaken about the part because it isn't listed for that motor. I looked again by going in the back door and didn't see any listed. Thanks for the help or for trying to help.

There is a rubber grommet that is mounted in the side of the houseing the hose goes through but no nipple that goes in the end of the hose. The part number Willy posted is for that grommet.
