I was just reading another post and it got me thinking I all of the sudden lost spark on cyl.1,3,5 could it be going into slow without the alarm?
I have not gone through the full manual ignition check yet and if I could eliminate something else it may save time. And at this time of year in Maine i'll need all the time I can get, before too long i'll be ice fishing.

Oh, sorry, I see you've already tested it. This is why you need to stick to one thread.

Yeah Walker I was grasping at straws trying to stumble onto an easy fix ( I should know better) I didnt want to append the old thread with another question in a different direction thats why I started this one. I will direct all testing results to the old thread. I'm kind of new to this forum and the unwritten rules are a little different at each one. This forum has a great deal of information and hopefully someday i'll have something to contribute. thanks again

Okay, does your motor have 1 or 2 power packs??
If2 then swap them and see if the problem switches sides with the power pack. If you only have one then test the charge coils on the stator.
