If you took out advertising on them they may be able to get you for defamation of character.

But I dont see how the could do anything because you stated you would do it. I wouldnt worry about it unless you get notification from a leagal office about it. Your post on this site in regards to them cant be used aganst you since you dont name them.

I wouldnt let your self get to worked up over it, it sounds like the comment was made by someone with no real power and just wants to feel like they do, if it where somebody with some kind of power in the company they wouldnt have made such a coment because they would have the sence to know that its un proffesional.

Just go to another HAM forum and carry on with your hobby.

We have heard WITF's case in exquisite detail.

We have heard nothing of his adversary's case.

Nobody here is qualified to answer WITF's question.

Many members' patience is strained to the limit.

I think it is time to wish WITF good luck and close this discussion.
