I have my prop off for winter and I was wondering if I should take it in for a repair. Two of this fins have dings, with one being a a slightly contorted angle. I can't say I get any noticeable vibration, but perhaps the hub masks it?

Anyways, I would appreciate any advice.

Also, if you have any sense of a range of costs. If its over $100 then this will become my spare and I will move to the 4 blade solas I keep my eye on at the iboats site, and go ahead and drop from this 23 down to a 21 pitch -- for low end planing and hole shot.

Even as a spare I would carefully straighten the wiggle with a pair of vice grips or a vise, and clean up the burs with a file. You'd be surprised how much better you can make that ;)
