Does this sound normal ?

whilst I’ve been working on something in the engine bay this sound from the coupler area caught my attention and I wanted to ask if it sounds normal ?

almost sounds like a diesel - engine runs nice and quiet, all this noise comes from the transom area. Uploaded a video to illustrate the soind
