I was at the launch today talking to a guy who has a bayliner cobra with a 125hp force. He said he liked everything but how hard it pulls when running. I told him about the minor grinding that I have done on all of my snouts to move further to the left to completely eliminate any steering pull. I can let go of the steering wheel at about any speed and go straight. The simple mod consists of using a dremel with a spur bit. Cut on the right side of the hole in the adjustment section of the snout until the snout will fully touch the case on the left side and stop. (you want the snout to move all the way left) That 5mm or so will do wonders. My capri that I had before had an 85 hp force. It needed a little more trimming on the case as well to move about 3mm more. The capri was in my opinion dangerous to drive the way I got it. I have no idea how someone drove it all that time like that. I can upload some pictures of the mod is anyone wants. I hope this helps someone feel safer on the water.
