My wife threatens to change the locks on my "dog house" and not give me a key.


I don't have carpeting, but then again, concrete does not stain from spilt drinks.

Between Christmas and my daughter's upcoming wedding in February, my house is a female pressure-cooker, and it's 12 degrees outside!...man,I need a dog-house bad, preferably with some heat!!!

While I have spent time in the doghouse I did avoid it big-time one year.
I was about to get her a real good set of pots and pans ($500.00 good) then I noticed they were just 3 feet from the vaccuum cleaners.
When I realized I was three feet from a cleaning tool, I bought her a bracelet. close one!!

no doghouse, and less money spent

I have been married 30 years now. Yes to the same woman. I live in Wisconsin and that is longer than you get for murder here. A life sentence is usually only 15 years. I have been to that place a few times in my life. I actually did buy her an appliance for a gift. Didn't get anywhere for 2 weeks. Lesson learned. If momma ain't happy, nobody's happy. If daddy ain't happy, no one cares!!!!!!!!!!

Shiny sparkly stuff, stuff that glitters are usually all good. Women are like trout in that respect.(sorry ladyfish) If it glitters it will usually work on both.

I remember my Dad got my Mom a lamp for Christmas. He was on the couch all the way through New Years.

I have been in the doghouse, but not for any gift. It was generally because I engaged mouth without starting brain.

No worries now tho.........just one of the benny's of divorce.
