Do you know of a good online company where I can find decent gasket/o-ring sets for a VP AQ125A? I can't seem to find a kit that has the "collar" type seals for the heat exchanger and fresh water tank connections.

Nope, I don't look for parts online for Volvos. I work for a Volvo dealer.

You don't have to ask me personally, just ask your question of everyone from the forum. If I have something to say, I will reply.

I need 26, 29, 11, 8, and the ones that fit over the ends of the copper pipes that connect to the heat exchanger, and the o-ring on the back of the fresh water tank.

Re: Don S-AQ125 cooling system question

I went to my local marine guy and got the rubber rings that go on the ends of the copper piping. 2 come in a pack for around $7. Get 2 or 3 packs, I did't and pulled my exaust manifold last night. It has 2 also. The impeller housing has 2. You will need to go to a marine service shop and have them pull the microfilm and get the part numbers. I don't think they will have a kit for that many diffrent parts. By the way, are these missing from your motor or are they bad?

They were all on the motor, but they were all dry rotted or melted. I'm having a time finding this stuff. The gaskets are no problem because I have a roll of rubber gasket material that you can cut your own gaskets, but the other stuff has to be exact. I thank you for your help. I will check will the local marine guys and see if they can help me.
