I am not DonS, but the link I have from him doesn't have manuel #10 in it..............I don't think. Here is the link that I got from him. www.boatfix.com/merc/Servmanl/srvcovr.pdf

Nope, no link for 10.
Manual 13 would be close, but too new for yours. You might get some basic info from it, but no real details
