I'm gonna' tell you my iboats ordering story...I ordered up a 2004 Yamaha 50 hp with controls on June 7. I'm assured motor ships next day(8 June $400.00 to my work address),I'm promised a tracking number and bill of sale will be emailed to me.Good so far.I call on the 10th;Yep,engine left on the 9th,no tracking number,no mention of a bill of sale.June 12 telephone call;"Tracking number man at iboats called in sick today,I can cell phone him and get the password to his computer.""I'll email your shipping/tracking number."No mention of bill of sale.June 13 phone to iboats "4 engines picked up for shipping on the 9th.I have tracking numbers for 2 of them."I'm not included. Kid blames the fax machine.14th June phone to iboats; "Sorry,I promise to have your tracking number tommorrow."No mention of bill of sale.15th June call to iboats."I don't understand it." Me neither.Today the 16th;Hurrah,after being put on hold for 9 minutes the kid who took my order gives me a tracking number for Roadway. It doesn't exist in Roadway's network. Well,I'm now into 10 days of my 60 day warranty.I've contacted my credit card company. They told me to give them the go-ahead and they will investigate."This may be a case of fraud or,non-delivery of merchandise." Exactly! Please be careful dealing with iboats,C.C.
