Riverkid.....<br />I know you are excited to get the motor rigged but starting off owning a new product with a bad taste in your mouth is indeed ingredients for your dissatisfaction. I understand there are some other prevailing circumstances that are also contributing to your frustration BUT in all fairness I think you need to chill a bit since you are still within parameters of their 7-10 day delivery policy.

What time zone are you in? If I order on the 7th,at ten days brings us up to the 17th.I'll make it business days and give ya' two more days.That would be the 19th.I'll round it off to the 20th-Monday.I know it won't happen because they have charged my credit card and the kid I talked to doesn't really give a s##t one way or the other.Bad taste in my mouth?? Chill out? Do you think they're doing me a favor by selling me an outboard?Have you,or iboats ever heard "The customer is always right"? The kid who took the order promised delivery in 7-10 days and an emailed bill of sale.So far in 9 days and 6 telephone calls I've gotten a tracking number that doesn't exist in the shippers network.If they have a problem delivering or the kid f@@ked something up,fine,be honest about it and let me know.Don't promise something and then don't stand by your word.Sorry,Pal,as far as I'm concerened iboats is another sleazy internet ghost,C.C

Unless they teach math differently in CT. I was taught:<br /><br />7+10= 17 <br /><br />I just double checked my calender and YEP it indicates today is Thurs. June 16th. aka Day#9 or Day#7 if you are counting business days.<br /><br />From the context of your original post you indicated you were unable to identify the source of your perceived delay. Therefore, your claim that I boats have not met their responsibilities is unfounded at this point.
