The boat was running fine all day and then we took another drift and the engine only ran for about 40 seconds and then stalled. After it stalled I tried restarting the engine but it is just cranking. The engine is getting fuel/oil mixture. After we got back home we tried to see if there was a spark, so we took the spark plug out of the engine put it to a bare piece of the metal on the heads but there was no spark coming from the plug. Any ideas and suggestion would be great.

Thanks

Re: Don't Start

hello
double check your emergency stop switch. try to unplug the green kill circuit wiring at the CDI and retest spark. if the engine starts with the green wire dissconected you wont be able to shut it off so test with the plugs out.
