I recently purchased a '99 Doral 360SE. The boat has a VHS/TV combo in it that I would like to replace with a flat screen that is a little larger. Has anyone tried this? I know the current models come with a flat screen in place of the old tube TV.

Thanx....I need to take some pics. The avatar is the actual boat in Cape May NJ on it's maiden voyage from NY down to the pier behind my house in MD.

If i could ask. What cost a 360 SE (Bocca Grande or Elegante) there you live?

It is a '99 which I believe would normally run around $125k - $135k. The guy I bought it from in NY wanted to get rid of it REALLY bad, so I got it for $42k....couldn't turn that down. It had around 350 hours on it, and is well equipped.

Really?? A Monticello here in Norway cost (used) $170k.. A new Prestancia cost $332k.. Sick!! You have paid like much than a new 190 Sunquest cost here..

Congrats with a good purchase! We need pictures of the beauty!! :)

I couldn't turn the deal down. I loved my Silverton Flybridge, but it was 17 years old, and I really wanted more speed. So far I love the Doral.

It is raining here today, but as soon as we get nice weather, I will post some pics.

It looks amazing!

If you don't know, Doral planning to build flybridge boats about few years. I want to change my Prestancia in a Doral flybridge if it looks good! :)

I noticed you were in Middle River. Me too. I'm thinking of moving into a new slip in the inner harbor but cannot find a local servicer that Doral will authorize to do warranty work. Where do you get your repairs done? Do you still have a warranty?

Thanks

Re: Doral 360SE TV

Someone that stays at Boating Center of Baltimore mentioned that there was a new Doral dealer around. I think they said it was Annapolis or something though. Guess you are stuck with Boating Center of Baltimore. Mine is out of warranty, and I buy all my parts from Kydds Marine in NY. They have great service, and much better prices.
