Doral Not Responding To Emails?

hello guys.

Does anyone know if there is a problem with Doral head office?
Been trying to send them emails with parts and prices request and the emails keep coming back as undeliverable.......



Anyone have another source for parts?

They may have closed for a while during the recession and the winter but I would think someone would be available. What if they get a big order ??
I will try myself and see if I get any response.

They may have a block on your ip address. Yoiu have a PM with contact info by phone. Check your messages

My guess is they are completely shut down for the winter or even possibly defunct.

They closed the entire Midland plant and moved what was left back to Quebec. Then they dropped their small boat line and were only building the big boats to order.

Should be interesting to see what happens in the spring.

Agree with this. I wonder how many more manufacturers are doing the same right now ??

Today one of the mails got through and I got a delivery and read receipt for my message, but no reply yet.

All I want is to order a few things like the interior wood laminated table and some small things including some hats, t-shirts and key chains....

If I do not get a response fast, I guess that I would have to make a table myself and buy the other stuff from somewhere else.

Can not wait when Doral will decide when the boating season starts again and it is time to provide support and parts, because here in Greece, boating season starts at April and ends late November.... (actually, there are some great days even at February at the Aegean sea ).

I will wait until Monday and see.

Now waiting for info concerning shipping cost and date.

Good boat, good company, s l o w ..... communication......
Also I beleive they closed for Xmas today.

Patience is a good thing, but progress on the boat has stopped....

No,
Write down the hull id of your boat.
Then send an email to Sylvie Lacasse [slacasse@doralboat.com] describing the parts that you need. Do not forget to include the hull id and the boat model.

The NEXT day CALL her to verify that she received your email and that she understood exactly what parts you need. She will reply to your email with part numbers, description and pricing.

She will guide you from there.

Keys to the whole procedure are the first email and then CALL them for everything that you need.
They do get the emails but they process them very sloooooowwwwwly......
