I'm not sure if its the brand that counts but it's how well build the pump is made. I got an intex double action had pump that came with my boat and it works pretty well so far. But sooner or later you'll probably end up buying an electric 12v pump for faster efficiency.

Volume of air produced per stroke, whether or not it is a single or dual stage pump and quality of construction(service life).
