Down Rigger screw holes??

Hi all, another question from the noob. My (new to me) boat has 5 screw holes on each side near the back from where the down rigger bases were. They just happen to be right where I would like to put a non-slip adhesive foot step on each side for getting on and off the boat. Do you guy's think that will cover and seal the holes good enough and if so what kind of footsteps do you recommend putting on there?

Thanks in advance for the help. John

Those holes will show in the non slip but I would not bother to fill them in aluminum...... too much hassle. Just apply the non-slip.

Re: Down Rigger screw holes??

Thanks for the reply Bob. The screw holes aren't that big so hopefully they won't show too much. Any particular non-slip product you recommend? Thanks again for the reply. John
