Re: Down sizing on outboard, how low can I go?
There are serveral reasons why I wanted a new outboard. Economy is one, noise is another, as well as petrolry smelling exhaust, most important, I was informed by the mechanic the leg pivit thingy is a little loose, nothing to worry at the moment, but I will need to replace that in a couple of years, depending on my usage, and it won't be cheap, the part itself is 300+ and it's more or less a day labour as the outboard wil have to be lifted off. I want to sell the 2+2 while it's still has a goodish price.
