Dp-c1 oil change

Hi, I am changing the outdrive lube and wondering if I am correct, You drain the fluid with the drain plug under the prop shaft ( above the skeg) and fill with 75/90wt synthetic until it register's on dip stick? The seloc manual is very unclear about this. Thanx and a Happy Holiday season to all

take the seloc manual and burn it (its only usefulness is to help start a fire in a fireplace). then download your manual from here Publication search - Publications / Manuals : Volvo Penta

Duck, what does the manual say about re filling ? Pump through drain plug hole or through dip stick hole ?

K, its says remove plus next to shifting linkage, and dip stick...pump it in from drain plug till oil comes out linkage plug. Replace linkage and bottom plug, check the dip stick and top off accordingly there.
