Drain hole??

I have a 2000 Fisher 180 Freedom. It has a fiberglass? deck, not wood. Is it ok to drill a small drain hole in the floor of the gas tank compartment? May be a dumb question but I am new to toons.

As long as it isn't through the gas tank you should be fine. :facepalm:
