This weekend I purchased a project boat, it is an 88 Chris Craft Limited 245. I am not finding a drain plug on the transom of this boat. The boat is in fairly rough shape - sat on a trailer in a storage lot for a couple years, but surprisingly the bilge is dry. The rain water has to drain somewhere, any insight from my fellow owners?

could be a keel plug, would be in the bilge near the keel about front of motor. would have a large T-handle on it

I have two in my hull , one is midship and the other is towards the bow, both on the bottom of the hull slightly off center, nothing in the transom. You can always crawl under the trailer with a flashlight and look for drain holes in the hull if you can't find them readily from the inside of the boat.
