Draining exhaust manifolds

Whats the normal after a run with the 3.8l , do you drain the manifolds between outings or leave the water in them?

leave fresh water in them except in the winter

Draining the water from the manifold will accelerate the rusting.
If you run in salt water, then flush and leave the fresh water in there.
When you winterize, make sure the manifolds have antifreeze in them.
