I had to siphon the old gas outa my I/O Cobalt when I bought it... I just bought a cheap clear hose and siphoned it straight out of the fill hose. Make sure to raise and lower the bow of the boat to insure you get it all. If you have a mechanical fuel pump, (pretty sure you do) going through the pump might be tough, but perhaps it's possible.
