I was wondering if there is a convienient way to drain the gas out of my 2025. I've tried a siphon hose but the filler tube seems to prevent the hose from traveling after 6 ft.
Any other access for draining the tank?

Due to some illnesses this year I haven't been able to use this thing as much as I would have liked. The gas in it is approximately 3 months old and I'm alittle leery about stabilizing it now. If possible I'd rather drain the gas, refill with fresh and stabilize.

Thanks in advance for any suggestions

I remove the fuel line, just past the bulb headed towards the engine, then put another length of fuel line on it. Hold the bulb, arrow up, pump, pump, pump away till you get a stream of gas coming out, put the line in your gas can and away you go. I have a couple of six gallan cans that I alternate when draining. Set your fuel switch to reserve. Don't light up a heater during this operation either

I had a similar problem with a 24' Grady White, with 50 gallons of bad
gas. I solved the problem with ease though. I purchase a small fuel pump
from a local NAPA store. It runs on 12 volts. I pulled the end off of the
gas hose that goesto the engine and it fit right on the pump. A small same
size diameter hose 6 ft long, gave me enough length to reach a container. It
too the little pump about 1 hour to drain all 50 gallons out of the boat.
I was sick wondering how to do it, and this worked great. The pump is
about $50 dollars, but you will have it forever. I have been putting in about
3 gallons of the bad gas in my truck, to burn it off. The truck doesn't seem
to mind it at all.
