Draining manifolds, 1995 7.4

Hi all,
I started winterizing the 7.4 in my ‘95 Cougar and I noticed there was almost no water that drained out of my exhaust manifolds. This boat/engine is new to me, and I’m used to draining tons of water out of my old pre-alpha 5.7 (log manifolds). I’ve stuck wires and screwdrivers up the drain hole to ensure there’s no blockage, but it didn’t cause any more water to come. Boat has been sitting out in the garage for almost two months now. Is this normal for these manifold? Pic attached.

Forgot to mention, it’s a fresh water, raw water cooled engine

Unable to say for sure, but I wouldn't worry about it so long as you probed the fitting with a wire up inside to make sure it wasn't clogged

Update on this: spoke to the tech who has worked on this boat since day one. Hadnt really come across it as they run the boats to fog before draining, but wasn’t concerned (atleast not as much as I was). Drain the block, circulating pump and the cooler, fill with antifreeze, and he will have a look in the spring.
