Drilled hole in hull.

Slipped with 1/4 inch drill while modifing seating.Limited access from top at present. Have not cut out flooring.<br />Hole rather clean but not symetrical. What is best permanent remedy for this stupid act??

Oops... worse things have happened. It's fiberglass repair time :) For the best results I'd say you'll need to put a couple layers of mat inside and then a gelcoat repair outside. Don't be worried about the repair, it'll be easy. Get detailed instructions from the supplier and read the cans to avoid any hassle.

sounds like a good location to install your new thru hull transducer.... maybe....... if the hole is only a quarter inch in diameter you can take a ream and taper it then fill it with marine tex...

Little Bitty Hole like that, I'd just give it a healthy shot of epoxy putty,+ Sand it off....
