Drilled hole in hull.

Slipped with 1/4 inch drill while modifing seating.Limited access from top at present. Have not cut out flooring.<br />Hole rather clean but not symetrical. What is best permanent remedy for this stupid act??

Oops... worse things have happened. It's fiberglass repair time For the best results I'd say you'll need to put a couple layers of mat inside and then a gelcoat repair outside. Don't be worried about the repair, it'll be easy. Get detailed instructions from the supplier and read the cans to avoid any hassle.

sounds like a good location to install your new thru hull transducer.... maybe....... if the hole is only a quarter inch in diameter you can take a ream and taper it then fill it with marine tex...

Little Bitty Hole like that, I'd just give it a healthy shot of epoxy putty,+ Sand it off....
