I went down to the harbor today to see about loosening my serpentine drive belt and noticed a drip leak from the radiator cap when the boat was just sitting there. But I can't find any specific size mentioned for the 2003 Mercruiser 5.7 heat exchanger (radiator). Anybody got any specific size or part number that I need for a new cap?

Will any 2003 5.7 Chevy 350 small-block engine car radiator cap work, or was the Mercruiser heat exchanger of a different size?

get a standard 14psi cap just make sure you get the psi rating off the cap but a standard reg chev cap will be fine

The heat exchanger (not to be called "radiator") is the same size (diameter)? Nothing else special?

Replaced the cap. It is a 14# rated cap. The Quicksilver p/n is 36-13130 for this application.
