Just picked up a 1966 Evinrude Fastwin and can see some water dripping under the power head while it's running. It's not a lot, just enough to make a little puddle in the pan.
I have 90 psi in each cylinder and other than that, it runs like a top. I'm wondering, is this my head gasket, or is there a more likely exhaust gasket that is probably leaking?
Oh yeah, there is a lever on the starboard side of the engine that goes under the pan that is unfortunately broken underneath. Is that the tilt lever?
Thanks for any ideas or help. I've always found posters here to be quite helpful.
