driver coil,or stator?

Hello I have a 1974 40 hp johnson was running poorly replaced coils,points,condenser and now getting no spark? If anyone knows how to check driver coil and stator would be a great help.Also wich one would be most likely to cause no spark?

Try going to the CDI website, look up your engine and use their troubleshooting guide to help you find your problem.

I don't believe this is a CDI ignition.

Unless I was at a differant website??maxrulescdi...something like that not any help as it only covered cdi but thanks for the pointer

Get an OEM factory service manual for it as all the specs are in that. That was one of the worst ign systems that OMC ever built.

Thanks for the input everyone,everything I could find measure good so just started cleaning every electrical conection I could get at tried it one more time,running like a top!
