Drogue chute for 21'?

Hi all, I'm looking at getting a drogue chute for my 1995 21' Boston Whaler Outrage (deep-V hull, 1994 Merc 225hp 2-stroke) to slow down the boat for trolling. Without shifting in and out of gear, the slowest the boat currently goes is just over 3 mph, which I understand is typical. I'd be hoping that a single chute would be appropriate for a boat this size, attached to the towing eye on the bow with the chute sitting about amidships; I'd be wanting to get down to the 1.5-2-mph range. I've heard people mention chutes from Hart and Hart and Para-Tech.

Any recommendations on a specific chute for that size of boat?

We use drift socks on the drift but I can't see them working on the troll. No way to keep the pressure centered on the keel. Would cause the boat to wonder all over the place.

To drop the extra speed we either run the tabs all the way down for drag a bucket off each transom hook to equalize the load.

Single 5gal bucket off one side is perfect. You create more drag by having to compensate for the drag on one side.
