I think it would work for us as all of the jobs in our company are considered high risk.

we have random drug and alcohol testing, I've never been tested.

For the trucks they have systems that will start to record video and possibly GPS data when certain parameters have been met, like g-force, I'd suggest that.

This idea has been given lots of thought and consideration. It would work, but we would have to build many, many more jails and prisons.:mad:
It would be much, much cheaper to just given them the money.

Actually MTb, I think that was more what I was saying yes to. Sadly, these days, higher cost for health care is going to equal not hiring.

Health care costs are way out of line anyway....it's the "Well you can't put a price of life" and I agree totally with that. But you can certainly put a price on non life threating cases. The bill for my son to get 5 stitches in the ER last year was $927.00 and he was there 15 minutes. It could have just been pulled together with a big bandage, but he wanted to be sure.....
