DT4 cooling problem

Hi I have a Suzuki DT4 1998 that I intend to use as a spare for my gypsy 15,
when running in the tank only a dribble of water comes out of the pee hole.
I have removed the bottom leg and striped the impeller out it seems to be in fair condition but I will fit a new one on re assenbleing. I can blow through the pee hole tube, and the male tube to the impeller with ease. I blew some smoke through the system and it seemed to come out 1/2 way up the leg, there is no sign of water having been in the lower leg any help Please

Check the thermostat if you have not already. If it is stuck closed then it will not allow water to pass.

The DT4 only have a sputter and not a strong stream, this is normal ....
