Well that FCV1 isn't marine rated, so you really don't want it on your boat in an enclosed area with the possibility of gas fumes. There is a big difference in fuel system part for marine use compared to automotive. All of it safety related.
Since this is the electrical forum, and you are looking really looking for manual valves, I will move this over to the boat topics forum.
