Newbi question, sorry. I bought a new duel purpose battery from wal-mart. I have had no problems with it at all. Just wanted to know how to go about recharging. When I get home from a day on the water should I just park the boat & let it sit until the next time I'm going to take it out & charge it that morning? Or should I slap it on the charger right away when I get home? I just don't want to be over charging it. Thanks, MAXX

Re: Duel purpose battery question

I usually charged my Everstart Marine Maxx duAl purpose when I got home, then "topped it off" before the next trip.

I have no idea what is best, but that worked for me and I never had a battery failure.

Batteries do not like to sit in a partially discharged state. Always charge them immediately after use.
