Hi Dump,
You Could have carried your other thread with this,
But you're Probably Right... Bluewater + I sort of wandered off Your topic......

DieselWalt is Right on the money.... ebay is a Great Resourse....
But, I'll tell you Right Now, The Manifold that's going Off in about 4 days Won't Fit your Application.... It's a Vortec, 8 bolts....
You need the Pre-Vortec, 12 bolts....(Besides, I Need it)
You Could use the Rochester that DW has, But I'd Still recommend the Merc/Weber/Carter/Edlebrock Carb.....
Mercruiser used the Rochester on Alot of the V8s, mostly Sm. Blocks..... I've never seen 1 on any of the 4.3s I've delt with thou.....
They Also used Two(2) Different Merc/Weber/Carter/Edlebrock Carbs. The 600cfm on the 4.3s,+ the 750cfm on the 7.4ls.....
Another resourse for new parts is the Aftermarket Hot Rod Parts Catalog Houses..... You'd be looking at about $250.00 Each for the 4 pieces You'll need.....(YES, They Carry the "Marine" Carbs)
Another resourse is to Go Hang around at the marina,+ Talk to the Mechanics..... They Usually know Someone with Something............
