DUPLICATE POST disregard.--Probs with posting due to upgrade. "opinions on Cylinder condition" see prior post.
Hope I can get some thoughts on this Cylinder. 1993 115 starboard upper broke an outter ring. Could only see any damage when I took out the piston. No lines that catch my nail. It Mic's in Spec.
Only area I question is one of the exahaust ports on the inner side, has to small gouges at each corner. Not deep but they are there. I've wateched the other piston movement, and the piston edge only gets to about the inside edge of these ports.
Wondering if I hone it, and camfor(sp), meaning bevel the port edges slightly, will this hole be ok. If so, I will be hone all 4, with 4 pistons and all new rings.
