I have a small vintage 16 ft. Dura craft aluminum boat. The tag on it has 38493. Can anyone tell me anything about the boat age value.

It only says 16 ft dura craft boat. Pictures of the boat.

The trailer paperwork says 1959. If you look at the trailer it has been lengthened. I'm finding pictures that look similar but nothing close to it. My father acquired the boat in 1979 from a friend of his both have since passed. Any information would be much appreciated.

did the estate transfer the title/registration to your name? if not, its not yours legally.
