Fill a tub with water on the beach and warm the motor up in the tub so that it's turn key ready when it's pushed into the water? I'm about 5 minutes from my boat ramp and have been known to fire it up in the driveway for a few minutes so that it puts on a good ready to go performance uncharacteristic of cold blooded V4s
