i know ,how it works , funny enough the port side deflectors were left in & at idle it gets hot , starboard side with plan B in remained cool , after some time the throttled up port side dropped in temp , but funny enough starboard side with plan B in was still cooler , try it for your self , ive run my 70hp the whole day in with plan B , & have no over heat i know that the cooling system on a 90hp water ways work differently , ive proved my point , cheers

Unless you know the t-stats and pop offs are working correctly you actually proved nothing:(. The hole in gasket just allows water to bleed around deflectors and it will show its running cooler but can still be hot.

when something is hot i know experience my teacher pointless saying this & that about something some one has never tried , try it yourself , then you will learn something , cheers

my plan B . does work on this motor , its goes at wot the whole time & its been used & proved it self over & over , so i must have done something right ,:)
